Gifted Ed Department Announcements Parent Night for Gifted and High-Achieving Students PK-12Our District is hosting our annual conference at Lewis-Palmer Middle School, from 6-8:30pm on January 26. In addition to a variety of sessions dealing with the academic and personal/social needs of our high achieving and gifted ed students, there will be a Marketplace of Enrichment Opportunities. Please join us at this very informative conference set up specfically with parents in mind.
Costa Rica Outward Bound Leadership Course Informational MeetingsAre you interested in joining the group that will spend 11 exciting days in Costa Rica on an Outward Bound Course from May 31-June 10, 2012? This outdoor backpacking adventure will include a variety of activies such as: Canopy Tree Climb, Waterfall Rappel, Whitewater Rafting, Beach Activities, Leadership Initiatives, Cultural Immersion and Home Stays deep in the rain forest along with Service projects. PE credit is possible.
Discounted Cost is $1275 plus airfare (approx. $650). Deposits to secure your place are due by FEBRUARY 1, 2012.
